I am so very sorry you aren't fully satisfied with your product. For all made to order, customized and personalized items, there will be no returns/exchanges accepted. For all stock pieces, please reach out to me within 5 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you, the buyer, is responsible for returning the product along with any applicable shipping charges that apply. Product must be in new condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and shipping is non refundable. Returns will not be accepted for misuse of product. Returns are subject to my discretion. Refunds are only applicable to physical products. NOT digital items.
My package hasn't arrived - What do I do?
My package hasn't arrived - what do I do? USPS First Class Mail typically takes 4-7 days, however, delayed packages are not considered lost by USPS until 30 days after mailing. If you have concerns about the shipping status of your order, please check the USPS tracking status through "my purchases". You can sign up for email notification of tracking status through the USPS website. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, please contact me and I can initiate a missing mail inquiry. If, after the missing mail inquiry has been completed, and the item is deemed "lost", I may be able to send a replacement item
I accidentally put the wrong address or I think I made a typo. Now what?
-If you notify me before your order has shipped, I can make the correction on your order.
-If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, I am unable to do anything to correct the address; this is outside of my control. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office, your package should forward to your new address.
-I am unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any disappointments. If your package does make its way back to me, I will reach out to you to resolve remailing the package. If there is a change in shipping cost, buyer will be responsible.

Care instructions for decals
This decal can be applied to any thoroughly cleaned smooth, hard, non-porous surface, such as laptops, doors, windows, drink ware, notebooks, tumblers etc. Decals will not stick to some surfaces, such as rubberized plastics, certain types of paint, and textures. Please allow, at minimum, 24 hours for decal to fully cure. Additional time may be necessary for surfaces like textured tumblers. Minimum temperature for application is 46°F. Application instructions are included with every purchase. These decals are not made for clothing. Only smooth hard non-porous surfaces. If you wanting something for clothing, please let me know and I can create a special listing for you.
Are my decals waterproof?
This decal is waterproof. However, it should not be applied to areas that are exposed to lots of friction, oils and abrasives (like dirt and grime), as these conditions can cause peeling. Even though these decals are waterproof and dishwasher safe, it is still recommended to handwash to maintain durability. You may NOT want to apply your decal as follows: phones (unless covered with a clear case) under windshield wipers, or on a surface that will come in direct contact with food or drink (such as a plate or the inside of a cup).

Wash inside out and in cold to preserve both the shirt and the vinyl. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Hang to dry for best results. Do not iron. Do not dry clean
